Folk and Trade Art has always been an integral part of Madisonās artistic community. Our town has been the host of countless blacksmiths, weavers, carpenters, seamstresses, tinsmiths, etc. The Madison Area has a mission to keep this tradition alive, not only with the recent foundation of a local folk school, but also with the help of passionate local artists who dedicate their time and creativity to continue art forms of the past.
